Health Guarantee
- In the event that a pet is found to be unhealthy at the time of acquisition, as confirmed by a licensed veterinary clinic, the seller will accept the return of the animal. A store credit for the amount paid by the buyer will be issued. Shipping fees and any other extra expenses are not covered.
Dissatisfaction and Other Issues
- The buyer cannot demand a refund or any other compensation in cases of dissatisfaction with the purchased pet, theft, toilet training issues, family allergies, or other similar reasons.
Re-homing Policy
- If, at any future time, you feel the pet cannot continue to be a part of your home, please contact us before making any other arrangements. The pet should never be put into a rescue situation or humane society but should be returned to us to be re-homed if necessary, without any refund.

Order Accuracy
- Please pay special attention to the accuracy of order details. We are not liable for errors in order details provided by the buyer, such as spelling mistakes or incorrect addresses.
Returns and Exchanges
- If the items are in good condition but you still wish to return or exchange them, the buyer is responsible for the direct costs of shipping and return shipping. Refunds will only be issued once the postal service confirms receipt of the returned goods.
Shipping Delays
- Shipping delays are not a cause for return.
